What is On Demand Coaching?

On Demand Coaching is the most flexible option available. It is simply, if you have a specific issue that is holding you back, you can undertake a brief coaching programme to achieve your goal.

The On Demand Coaching Service

This is a very flexible Coaching option. It allows you to choose the number of customised sessions you wish to take.

The purpose

It is most effectively used when you have a single specific issue or challenge that you want to overcome. This may include such issues as creating and clarifying your businesses vision, completing a strategic plan, buying or selling a business, creating a franchise and so on.

The Results You Will Achieve

Clarity – in terms of defining the specific challenge you face
Reality – What is your current reality?
Goals – What is your specific goal or ideal outcome?
Gap – What is the gap between reality and ideal outcome?
Options – What options are open to you to achieve your goal?
Obstacles – What obstacles are between you and your ideal goal or ideal outcome?
Priorities – What is the best option to ensure you achieve your goal?
Focus – Agree where you will focus your energies?
Accountability - Firstly, agree with you specific actions that you take and secondly agree the timeframe within which you will take these actions

You cannot control the outcome of your actions; all you can control is the action that you take. Understanding this basic concept enables you to focus your energies only on the things that you can control and not on the things you cannot control.

The Methods

  1. A flexible service – number of face to face meetings depends on the client’s requirements.
  2. There is a minimum of two sessions to ensure follow up on any actions agreed.
  3. Sessions are 1½ hours in length.
  4. An e-mail report of the specific action points that were agreed
  5. Your coach will hold you accountable for the actions you have agreed to take.

The challenges

In bringing your business to the next step are you able to answer the following questions?
