  2. An initial half-day planning session.
  3. This is followed by 11 monthly, face to face, 1½ hours sales coaching sessions.
  4. 12 mid-month, 45 minute phone coaching review sessions.
  5. An e-mail report of the specific action points that were agreed.
  6. Your coach will hold you accountable for the actions that you have agreed to take.
