The Methods
- The length of the programme is 12 months.
- An initial half-day planning session.
- This is followed by 11 monthly, face to face, 1½ hours sales coaching sessions.
- 12 mid-month, 45 minute phone coaching review sessions.
- An e-mail report of the specific action points that were agreed.
- Your coach will hold you accountable for the actions that you have agreed to take.
