  1. The length of the programme is 12 months.
  2. Four quarterly strategic planning sessions.
  3. Further 24 bi-monthly, face to face, sales coaching session of 1½ in length.
  4. A full follow up report of each face to face session.
  5. Your coach will hold you accountable for the actions you have agreed to take.
  6. Non-judgemental approach by your coach.
  7. Non-directive questioning method used by your coach
